Salary: £46,452 - £49,419 per annum
Hours: Full-time, with participation in the on-call rota

West House is looking for an Operations Manager to join our Leadership Team and help shape the future of our organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our strategic plansworking alongside skilled Managers and staff teams to deliver high-quality services for people with learning disabilities.
What you'll do
* Lead, coach and mentor Managers to build strong, motivated teams.
* Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with CQC and contractual standards.
* Oversee service performance, budgets and resources.
* Support staff recruitment, induction and training.
* Build positive relationships with families, professionals and partners.
* Promote innovation and new ways of working.
Who we're looking for
A recognised management qualification, such as:
* NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), OR
* NVQ/QCF Level 5 HR, Business, or Leadership/Management qualification.
* Good knowledge of national policy and regulation relevant to learning disability and community care services.
You'll also need to bring:
* Management experience in Health & Social Care or a related field.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience of managing budgets and driving service quality.
* A positive, people-centred approach, with the ability to inspire others.
