An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a part time Office Assistant in Edinburgh, EH8 area. On average 20 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 09:00am - 13:00pm Pay rate: £12.60 per hour. You will be responsible for the cleaning of all areas within the contract. Achieving high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically. Responsibilities: You will be required to: Facilities Support – Key Responsibilities Replace printer toner; log/close jobs in REALM. Escort couriers delivering stationery/paper to designated areas. Unpack and restock stationery in store and cabinets. Replenish kitchen supplies (sugar, stirrers, cups) on L1 & L2. Log vending machine faults. Distribute Royal Mail and recorded deliveries; notify recipients or use lockers if not present. Manage personal deliveries – notify staff to collect from Facilities. Update and manage security passes (new, expiring, leavers, temporary, additional access). Liaise with Security Pass Admin for activations. Issue visitor passes. Use DHL portal for outgoing recorded mail. Set up and reset furniture in L1 for meetings/events. Raise/close reactive work orders in REALM. Act as First Aider and Fire Warden. Manage temporary locker assignments for staff without passes. Provide full-time cover during holidays and sickness.
