We currently have a vacancy for a Money Advice Caseworker to deliver advice and support to clients over the telephone and by webchat. Experience of money advice would be an advantage, however, this is also an opportunity to be a trainee caseworker for highly motivated individuals without previous experience of delivering money advice, but who can show a willingness and ability to learn and develop quickly.
An ability to understand and deal with complex information is essential and the successful applicant will have excellent organisational and time management skills. The role involves managing a caseload, meeting targets and working to a high quality standard.
Our Money Advice Caseworker role is high-pressured and target-oriented, perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving impactful results.
There will be an occasional requirement to work until 8.00pm during the week and Saturday mornings.

Salary: £26,268 - £29,187 depending on previous experience within an advice setting.
