What is required from you?
* A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
A day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant
* Provide person-centred care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care, respecting residents' preferences and promoting independence and choice.
* Contribute to and conduct care reviews to ensure resident plans meet their needs.
* Administer medication safely, supportively, and in compliance with regulations.
* Lead and participate in social activities, outings, and engagements within the home.
* Support and mentor new and existing staff, and potentially lead the home in the absence of senior management.
