What you’ll be doing
As our Deputy General Manager, you will:
* Lead and support our team, working closely with the General Manager to guide, develop and inspire them every day. You’ll help create an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work.
* Champion exceptional guest experiences, ensuring our standards remain consistently high and that every guest leaves wanting to return.
* Take responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, both alongside the GM and in their absence. This includes essential tasks such as rota planning, banking, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
