Account Manager - Commercial Division

Location: Remote & Field Based covering clients in Cambridge and Essex

Reporting to: Area Director

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + £15,000 OTE (uncapped) & company car

Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial team covering a patch in Cambridge and Essex.

What you’ll be doing

As an Account Manager in Rightmove Commercial, you’ll:

* Win new business: Proactively target and acquire commercial agents in your region, introducing them to the value of advertising their properties on Rightmove.
* Grow strong partnerships: Manage both newly acquired and existing customers with regular face-to-face meetings, upselling across our product suite and ensuring long-term success.
* Own the sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation through to conversion, you’ll take responsibility for building opportunities and achieving revenue growth.
* Lead with insight: Use performance data and market trends to guide conversations, run impactful review meetings, and help customers understand both their own business and the wider market.
* Deliver excellence: Ensure every account has a clear understanding of our products and pricing, providing tailored, value-added solutions that drive results.
* Collaborate for impact: Work closely with our Telephone Account Managers (TAMs) and New Business Consultants (NBCs), as well as internal teams like Customer Services and Finance, to provide a seamless client experience.
* Represent Rightmove: Be a positive ambassador for our values, taking accountability for self-development and supporting your colleagues at regional and national meetings.
* Drive results: Overachieve on KPIs and revenue targets through persuasive, relationship-driven face-to-face activity that adds measurable value for your clients.
