Role Overview
We require a resource to coordinate the execution of the sanctions organisational redesign programme. This role will involve close coordination across multiple teams including Business, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure a smooth transition to the Target Operating Model for the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the execution of the sanctions organisational redesign.
* Engage and liaise with multiple internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth transition.
* Support project governance and structured project management activities.
* Facilitate stakeholder management across diverse functions.
* Ensure timely delivery of redesign milestones and objectives.
Key Skills and Experience
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Structured project management experience.
* Understanding of organisational structure and underlying processes is highly desirable.
* Sanctions knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex organisational change.
