You are a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker with a commitment to enhancing the independence and coping skills of individuals facing significant challenges. You are equipped to work within legislative and policy frameworks to assess, commission, and review services for specific client groups. The role involves assisting people in resolving major life difficulties, executing planned interventions, assessing needs and risks, and working within the statutory guidance to protect vulnerable individuals. You will engage with clients to provide informed decision-making support, actively plan and review the circumstances of individuals and families, and manage a diverse caseload. This position requires participation in decision-making forums, collaborative team approaches, and adherence to Council policies and procedures.
