Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (3+ years PQE) Location: Beverley Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE) Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Hybrid Working Available Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented legal professional to join our growing team in Beverley. About the Role You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad client portfolio including SMEs, developers, investors, and commercial occupiers. Your work will cover a full spectrum of property transactions, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsDrafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)Property finance, secured lending, and refinancing mattersDevelopment work, site assembly, and associated documentationLandlord and tenant matters and general estate/portfolio management You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm and play an active role in maintaining and strengthening long-standing client relationships.
