Learning & Development Coordinator

Salary: up to £36,000 | Hybrid Working
An international law firm with a strong global presence is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join its London office, based on Fenchurch Street. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in professional services who is looking to build a long-term career in Learning & Development.
Reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery and administration of firmwide learning initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the end-to-end administration of L&D programmes, including internal and external training courses
* Support the planning, scheduling and delivery of training for fee earners and business services teams
* Maintain accurate training records and manage the firm’s LMS
* Liaise with external training providers and internal stakeholders
* Assist with induction programmes and ongoing development initiatives
* Provide general support to the Head of L&D on projects and reporting
About You:
* Previous experience in a Learning & Development, HR or training coordination role (professional services or legal environment preferred)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using an LMS is advantageous
* Proactive, flexible and keen to develop within L&D
