Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in overseeing the kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the restaurant's standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Ensure the kitchen standards and ordering are correct in the head chefs absence
