A high-performing secondary school in Staffordshire is looking to appoint a meticulous and proactive Data & Exams Assistant to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations from January 2026.
The Role
Working alongside the Data & Exams Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Setting up exam rooms and organising seating plans
* Preparing and distributing timetables to students and staff
* Ensuring JCQ compliance
* Supporting the scanning, uploading and secure storage of exam papers
* Managing invigilator schedules and assisting with recruitment
* Supporting SIMS/Bromcom data tasks during non-exam periods
