Overview
We are White Stuff, established in 1985, with shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing, accessories and homeware. This role is a seasonal position for festive retail support.
Role Summary
We’re on the hunt for seasonal Customer Hosts (Sales Assistants) to join our community of happy customers. You’ll help store teams have meaningful conversations with customers, discuss the features and benefits of our products, and recommend the perfect items to suit customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who wants to have fun, be part of a team and learn new skills, while delivering a memorable Christmas shopping experience.

Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to provide a high-quality shopping experience.
* Discuss product features and benefits and recommend suitable items.
* Support store teams during busy festive periods to maintain service levels.
* Represent the brand’s values and contribute to a positive team environment.

* Passion for Retail and Fashion.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team and go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service.
