A warm and welcoming primary school in Bushey is seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is dedicated to giving children the very best start to their education. The successful candidate will create a stimulating and engaging learning environment, supporting children’s development across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and fostering a love of learning from the very beginning.
The Role:
* Deliver high-quality teaching within the Early Years setting (Reception)
* Plan and provide creative, play-based learning opportunities
* Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Have experience within Early Years / EYFS
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of early child development
* Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic
* Be an effective team player with strong communication skills
