Cobalt are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager to join a leading Managing Agent, overseeing a retail-led portfolio across London.
This is a key role responsible for driving health & safety standards across multiple assets, working closely with on-site teams, managing agents, and occupiers to ensure full statutory compliance and best practice.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage H&S compliance across a diverse retail-focused portfolio
* Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments across sites
* Advise stakeholders on H&S legislation, policies and procedures
* Investigate incidents, near misses and implement corrective actions
* Support site teams with training, guidance and continuous improvement
* Act as the primary point of contact for all health & safety matters
About you:
* Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within property / facilities / real estate
* Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation
* Experience across retail or mixed-use environments is highly desirable
* Proactive, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Full UK driving licence is essential
