Position details
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 33.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
* Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Responsibilities
* Support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team.
* Ensure residents’ safety, coordinate activities, and foster a welcoming atmosphere; enable residents to live independently and actively.
Qualifications
* Warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated; experience in a care or support environment; ideally Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (those with Level 2 are welcome to apply but will need to undertake their Level 3).
* Previous experience of managing team members.
