About the Role: CRM Executive – Bingo Promotions
We're looking for a CRM Executive: Bingo Promotions to help us deliver timely, relevant, and effective CRM campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, building promotions using our new internal promo tool, and working closely with the Lifecycle and Bingo Promotions teams to deliver standout player communications across email, push notifications, onsite messages, and SMS.
From idea to execution and analysis, you’ll support the full CRM campaign cycle—ensuring every interaction with our players adds value and enhances their experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Execution: Plan and launch CRM campaigns tailored to different player lifecycle stages and segments to ensure personalisation and impact.
* Content Creation: Write engaging copy for player communications (email, SMS, push notifications, and more), ensuring consistency with our tone of voice.
* Promotion Building: Collaborate with the Lifecycle and Bingo Promo teams to create and launch promotions via our internal promo tool, ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaign goals.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Lifecycle, Creative, and Data teams to ensure campaigns are well-timed, cohesive, and player-centric.
* Performance Reporting: Support campaign tracking and performance reporting to evaluate success against engagement and retention goals.
* Campaign Optimisation: Use data and player feedback to suggest improvements and continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
Key Skills & Experience
* CRM Background: Previous experience in CRM or marketing (ideally within online gambling, e-commerce, or a similar fast-paced digital sector).
* Copywriting Strength: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging across channels.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms, promo tools, and analytics/reporting tools. Experience with email marketing systems is a bonus.
* Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail when creating promotions, checking campaign accuracy, and reviewing player messaging.
* Collaborative Approach: A proactive team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues across different teams to deliver quality work.
* Strong Communicator: Confident in presenting campaign plans and updates clearly to stakeholders.
