What the Job Involves Your role as a Mobile Estate Warden involves providing a comprehensive caretaking service to residents across various housing estates in the Borough. This includes cleaning communal areas to high standards, conducting basic ground maintenance, monitoring utility meters, and undertaking health and safety risk assessments. You will be responsible for liaising with contractors, providing support during estate inspections, and addressing urgent issues, including out-of-hours emergencies. Your duties also extend to supporting council responses to borough emergencies and contributing to service improvements.
