About the role
As a Mental Health Support Worker, youll provide person-centred, trauma-informed support that empowers individuals to:
Live independently and manage their tenancy
Improve daily living skills such as budgeting and self-care
Build confidence and make informed life choices
Maintain wellbeing and positive routines
Youll work closely with families, social workers, and external agencies while ensuring safe, high-quality care.
What youll do
Deliver tailored, face-to-face mental health support
Support individuals with tenancy management and daily living skills
Promote independence, wellbeing, and recovery journeys
Complete risk assessments and support plans
Administer medication and follow safeguarding procedures
Maintain accurate records using IT systems
About the service
The service offers supported living for up to 24 years, helping people build the skills and confidence to move on. We also provide outreach support to individuals living in their own homes in and around Mansfield.
This is a 24-hour service, operating 7 days a week. Shifts include:
7:00am 2:30pm
2:30pm 10:00pm
10:00pm 7:00am
Weekend availability is essential. The project is accessible via public transport, but youll need to be able to get to the site for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
