We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Field Experience Manager to lead the way in strengthening our sales institute’s onboarding and ongoing education efforts. This 12-month contract role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your skills truly shine.
You’ll be the driving force behind employee onboarding, training execution, and hub-wide event coordination, ensuring our team is equipped, engaged, and empowered. Your project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills will ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement—helping us deliver world-class training experiences that support our mission to improve lives worldwide.
Essential skills include strong organization, adaptability, collaboration, and strategic thinking. Bonus points for experience managing training platforms like SuccessFactors, content development, and working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
The ideal candidate has a relevant background with proven experience in training or project management, is comfortable working part-time (25-30 hours/week), and can attend the office twice a week. A proactive attitude and a passion for learning are key.
