The Role: We are seeking a Data and Asset Manager to take ownership of asset data integrity, reporting, and the effective use of asset management systems across a growing and diverse property portfolio. This is a pivotal role that blends technical data expertise with strong property knowledge, ensuring that accurate, reliable asset information underpins investment planning, compliance, and operational decision‑making. You will lead the development of asset databases, oversee data cleansing and validation, implement asset management software, and produce insightful dashboards and reports that shape long‑term asset strategy. Working closely with colleagues across Asset Management, IT, Finance, and Transactions, you will ensure data excellence supports organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
