Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Camberley, SurreySalary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)Hours: Full-time, Monday to FridayJob Type: Permanent
About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly and professional team in Camberley. This role is ideal for a paralegal with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing their own caseload of residential property matters. You’ll be working with a supportive team, using a modern case management system, while delivering a high-quality, personal service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion.
* Handle a variety of transactions including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build properties.
* Draft contracts, conduct title checks, and deal with enquiries.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records using our case management system.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing as a paralegal.
* Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
* Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and relevant legal documentation.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
* Experience with high-volume caseloads.
* Familiarity with the Camberley and Surrey property market.
