Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon
Pay: £13 per hour (days) | £11.44 per hour (sleep nights)
Shifts: 1 x 24-hour shift per week
Driver required: Yes – full licence and access to your own vehicle
About the role
We are looking for a kind, compassionate individual to support a young lady who has a spinal cord injury. The role involves assisting her with daily activities, enabling her to enjoy a good quality of life, and participating in activities such as exploring new places, gardening, and caring for her pet cat.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care and mobility.
* Support daily activities such as grooming, dressing and meal preparation.
* Administer bowel management according to the care plan.
* Provide companionship and encouragement for outdoor activities and plant care.
Qualifications
* Experience with bowel management or a willingness to learn.
* Good listener and willing to learn new skills.
* Comfortable around pets.
* Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle – if required.
