I’m recruiting for a financial planning business looking for a Client Account Manager / Administrator who can keep the wheels turning across reviews, new business, provider chasing, and day-to-day client support.
You’ll need to know your way around financial planning admin already.
This is not an entry-level role.
What you’ll do:
* Prepare review packs
* Manage LOAs
* Chase providers
* Process pensions, investments and protection business
* Keep CRM records accurate
* Support advisers and help keep client work moving
What you’ll need:
* Experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm
* Confidence handling end-to-end admin processes
* Strong organisation and follow-up
* Good working knowledge of pensions and investments
* A calm, professional approach with clients and providers
