Female Clinical Support Worker

Pay rate: £13.26 - £15.91 per hour

Shift Pattern: Days, Nights and Sleep-Ins (8am-8pm & 8pm-8am)

We are offering a truly rewarding opportunity for the right person to support a remarkable individual living with their family in Stoke-on-Trent. This individual has complex clinical needs—including PEG feeding, oral suctioning, quadriplegia, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy—but there’s so much more to their story. They love music, enjoy pampering sessions, and thrive on trips out into the community, especially visiting local shops. To help make these experiences possible, we’re looking for someone local to Stoke-on-Trent who knows the area well. A full UK driving licence is essential, as driving plays a key role in supporting active days out. Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person’s life.

You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:

* Complex Care
* Epilepsy
* Cerebral Palsy
* PEG Feeding

Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring compassionate and attentive care tailored to the individual’s specific needs.
* Engage with the individual in meaningful activities and take them out in the community to promote social interaction and well-being.
* Support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence.
* Communicate clearly and confidently in the individual’s preferred manner to build a strong and trusting relationship.
