We are a family run jewellers based in jewellery quarter, Birmingham that have run since 1971.
We are a friendly, relaxed working environment and are looking for a full time candidate to be working 5 days a week including weekends, 37.5 hours.
Jewellery quarter experience is preferred but not necessary, however a sales/retail background is a must, with stock control experience.
We are after someone with online sale experience and knowledge of IT systems, and websites.
You will be greeting and directing customers to the right item of jewellery.
To ask questions and help guide customers to the right item and offer advice, through in person interactions as well as telephone, email and social media.
We specialise in wedding bands and engagement rings as well a wide selection of fine jewellery.
We are after someone who is friendly, willing to learn and be part of the team.

Pay: £8.60-£12.00 per hour
