Key Responsibilities
* Act as a primary contact for clients, delivering a professional and responsive service across all communication channels.
* Manage new business, mid‑term adjustments and renewals
* Develop and maintain business contacts.
* Review client insurance requirements, advise on appropriate cover, and secure competitive terms.
Customer Service & Communication
* Provide clear, prompt, and professional responses to client enquiries.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, insurers, colleagues, and claims handlers.
Sales & Business Support
* Identify cross‑sell opportunities and support overall team targets.
* Contribute to marketing or promotional initiatives where required.
* Support administration associated with new business, renewals, and insurer liaison.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in an insurance account handling, customer service, or administration role (insurance industry experience advantageous).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport and handle enquiries confidently.
* Proven organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with insurance systems (e.g., Acturis) beneficial.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
