The Clinical Lead will support and assist the Head of Clinical by exercising clinical leadership and management to help support the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and business growth by: Ensuring that all applicable regulatory and clinical standards are met in an efficient and service user-focused manner.
Assisting the company to meet its Health & Safety, Clinical Governance and Risk Management obligations.
Providing clinical and safeguarding advice to the business to support service delivery and development.
Working in partnership with colleagues and other professionals to facilitate high-quality and safe delivery of care.
Development of Clinical Nurse Specialists, new and existing to ensure clinical skills are up to date.
To deputise for the Head of Clinical in their absence To align the directional goals of the clinical team with business goals Take a lead role in the planning, implementation and review of a digital care planning project.
