Teaching Partner

Initial Fixed Term (until 31st August 2026), 15 hours per week. Term Time Only (39 weeks)

Full Time Equivalent Salary – Grade 4 Points 7-10 £25,584 - £26,835

Based at - Callowell Primary School

We are looking for a Teaching Partner to join our talented and supportive team at Callowell Primary School. We are a thriving Multi-Academy Trust with a strong collective identity working together to generate and celebrate success within our communities. Can you bring the ambition, professionalism and drive necessary to support our pupils to achieve their utmost potential?

Start Date - ASAP

The Teaching Partner will be responsible for supporting the work of pupils across the school with SEND needs, assisting them in being able to access the curriculum.

Working with the SENDCo, you will be directed on the best way to support the children and build effective and trusting relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that they continue to progress. You will need to patient but assertive and be a positive role model. There will be the need to be flexible, adaptable and able to act proactively to unpredictable situations. There will be an expectation to cover break and lunch duties.
