Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Role | Wythenshawe

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Wythenshawe, who are currently seeking experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to provide PPA cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This full-time role is available for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for confident and capable TA3s ready to take on more responsibility—delivering pre-planned lessons without the pressure of planning.
Your Role Will Include:
* Leading engaging lessons across various year groups during teachers’ PPA time
* Supporting pupils’ learning and encouraging active participation
* Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
* Collaborating with teaching staff to support both academic and personal development
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience leading whole-class sessions confidently
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Flexibility to work across different age groups and key stages
* A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Role Details:
* Contract Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, term-time only)
* Start Date: After October half term
* Pay: Competitive daily rates, based on experience
