We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Administration Coordinator (Imports) to join our team in Southampton.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality administrative and operational support for our import customers. Working closely with colleagues across Customer Care and Operations, and supported by Ocean Network Express (ONE)’s expanding range of digital self-service tools, you’ll ensure smooth processes, excellent customer service, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement

* \tHandle day-to-day administrative tasks related to import shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. \t
\t
* \tCommunicate directly with customers to resolve queries and provide timely updates. \t
\t
* \tEnsure compliance with company policies, service procedures, and relevant regulations. \t
\t
* \tProcess documentation and invoicing accurately and in line with set timelines. \t
\t
* \tPromote and utilise ONE’s digital tools and e-commerce platforms to improve customer experience.\tCollaborate effectively with internal teams and offshore offices to maintain service quality. \t
\t
* \tAchieve and maintain performance KPIs relating to service, quality, and timeliness. \t
Skills, Qualifications and Expertise
\t
* \tStrong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \t
\t
* \tPrevious experience in shipping, logistics, or a customer service administrative role (preferred). \t
\t
* \tGood understanding of import processes and documentation. \t
\t
* \tConfident using digital platforms and open to adopting new technologies.\tDetail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills. \t
\t
* \tA proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. \t
