We’re looking for a Lecturer – Animal Welfare & Management to help our department maintain its high standards and deliver exceptional learning experiences. In this role, you’ll:
* Deliver engaging Animal Welfare courses
* Participate in curriculum development to meet industry demands
* Tutor and manage student groups
* Lead practical demonstrations and hands-on activities
Salary & Location
Salary: £28,056.00 - £34,492.00 per annum
Location: Northamptonshire
What we’re looking for
* Broad knowledge and industry experience with a variety of animals (small mammals, exotics, large animals)
* Strong husbandry skills
* BSc or equivalent in Animal Science or related subject
* Willingness to work towards a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education)
* GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English & Maths
* Commitment to ongoing CPD
* Previous experience working with young people is an advantage, but not essential
