We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Nurse to join a friendly and well-established private dental practice based in Abingdon, OX14.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Dental Nurse looking to progress into a leadership role within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role:
• Leading and supporting the nursing team
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
• Ensuring high standards of patient care
• Maintaining CQC compliance and infection control standards
• Supporting clinicians and wider practice staff
Requirements:
✔ Qualified and GDC Registered Dental Nurse
✔ Previous senior or lead dental nursing experience preferred
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Knowledge of CQC and infection control procedures
✔ Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
