Overview
The Crisis Cafe Manager role is an out of hours service, working at twilight hours and weekends. The ideal candidate is a professionally qualified Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or suitably qualified Psychologist committed to promoting recovery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of professionally qualified Mental Health Practitioners and support staff, facilitating therapeutic work with clients experiencing a mental health crisis.
* Provide clinical and managerial supervision, overseeing assessments, interventions, safeguarding, skills development and psychosocial interventions including carer support, family intervention and education.
* Demonstrate leadership skills to develop the service and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes and strategic targets.
* Act as a member of an integrated team, receiving professional supervision and access to training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
Professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology. Experience in a similar managerial role within a crisis or out of hours setting is desirable.

* Pay enhancements: 30% additional for evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays; 60% additional for Sundays and bank holidays.
