Job Title Social Media Executive
Role Overview
The Social Media Executive will play a key role in driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and media relations. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social channels, and coordinating public relations initiatives that reflect our unique brand and voice.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
1. Develop and implement a social media strategy across Instagram, Faxcebook, X (Twitter), Tik Tok and LinkedIn
2. Create, curate and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, videos and reels.
3. Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) and report on performance.
4. Engage with followers and respond to messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, events and guest services teams to showcase daily highlights and promotions.
6. Stay ahead of trends and suggest creative ideas to boost visibility and virality.
Brand and Content Management
1. Ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms.
2. Work with designers, photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual assets.
3. Assist in creating marketing materials for seasonal campaigns, offers and events.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar social media or role, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle or Food & Beverage
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e,g. Meta Business Suite, Cnva, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
* Experience in content creation - including photography and short-form video
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for events or content capture.
* A passion for food, hospitality and digital story telling
Desirable
* Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads.)
* Existing relationships with UK hospitality/ lifestyle media and influencers
* Photography, Videography or Graphic design skills.
