Corporate Solicitor (NQ to 3+ Years PQE)
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex

The Role:
You will handle a broad range of corporate legal matters, including:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
* Private equity and venture capital
* Finance, restructuring and general company law matters
* Commercial agreements and terms and conditions
* Intellectual property matters

Requirements:
You will bring:
* NQ to 5+ PQE in corporate and commercial law, gained either in private practice or in-house
* A strong foundation in the relevant areas of law
* An independent and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
* A passion for entrepreneurship, business and transactional work
* Proficiency in IT and social media, as well as a keen interest in marketing and business development activities
