We are seeking a person who is keen to continuously learn and has the desire to understand and solve customer problems by delivering high-level customer service, to drive and build customer success.
Overview of the Role
This role entails providing hands-on technical and application support to our customers and colleagues across pharmaceutical, energy, research and development, environmental, and biomedical sectors. The role involves working on-site at various labs in the UK (primarily in the London area) and supporting customers with product solutions across Chromatography (LC/HPLC, MS).
* Install and optimize hardware/software/network products, perform maintenance and repairs, diagnose and resolve product performance issues, and provide end-to-end solutions. Implement fully coordinated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by guiding and training users on daily maintenance, configurations, and how to utilize high-end features of Agilent's systems and software effectively.
* Collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored consulting to meet customer needs.
* Participate in ongoing training to stay current with hardware and software products.

Qualifications
* An academic degree in science or engineering (e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology) or equivalent experience.
* Good knowledge and experience in analytical techniques and method development (Chromatography, LC/HPLC, MS) either in a similar role or as an end-user.
* Experience with instrument data analysis software and problem-solving skills related to instrument maintenance and applications support.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

What We Offer
This role involves remote work combined with travel to customer sites (4-5 days/week, occasional overnight stays) in the London area. A company car will be provided.
