SEND Support Worker!

Protocol Education is seeking compassionate individuals to join a SEND provision in Southend as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
This role involves working with students with various special needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD, or those with Statements of Educational Need. No experience? No problem! We will support you to succeed in this role!
As part of our team, you will be an inspiration to students, providing encouragement and support to help them reach their full potential. You will build strong relationships, foster a positive learning environment, and empower each student, regardless of their individual needs.

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent opportunities in the future.
