Role Description
APEX Mortgage + Protection™ is seeking self‑employed Mortgage Advisors for a full‑time. In this role, you will support clients in finding optimal mortgage products aligned with their unique financial needs and circumstances. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth consultations, assessing financial situations, recommending suitable mortgage and protection packages, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also develop and nurture client relationships, maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, and contribute to the company's ethos of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Mortgages, Mortgage Marketing, and Financial Planning
* Financial knowledge and qualifications, including CeMap Certification (or equivalent)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
* Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing an independent workload
* Previous experience in consulting or advising clients in the financial or mortgage sectors is advantageous
* Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
* Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations
