Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver digital skills training to individuals and small groups across the community.
* Facilitate workshops on topics including: IT basics, Setting up and using email, Using the NHS App, Safe use of social media, Online banking and budgeting, Online safety, Job searching and online applications.
* Conduct learner needs/initial assessments to tailor support effectively.
* Create and maintain Individual Learner Records (ILRs).
* Support learners in progressing to accredited qualifications or employment.
* Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
* Build strong relationships with training providers, delivery partners, and stakeholders.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of learners with disabilities or additional learning requirements.
* Record and maintain ongoing commitment to own continuous professional development and complete all mandatory training.
* Contribute to standardisation activities and continuous improvement of delivery.
* Prioritise the safeguarding of all learners, embedding online safety and awareness of the Prevent Strategy within all aspects of delivery.
* Comply with all of Colebridge Trust’s policies, procedures and values.
* Hold an appropriate IT/Digital qualification.
* Level 3 AET/PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) qualification or equivalent.
* Proven knowledge of Digital/IT subject area.
* Minimum 1 year experience training or teaching in adult education.
* Experience in supporting adult learners with Special Educational Needs.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate learners who may lack confidence or be disengaged from learning.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and CPD.
* Proactive and self‑motivated approach with the ability to use initiative.
* Ability to deliver person‑centred support tailored to learner needs.
* Understanding of the needs and challenges of adult learners.
* Strong commitment to Inclusion and Wellbeing.
* Commitment to Safeguarding and awareness of the Prevent Strategy.

* An understanding of the barriers faced by adults experiencing digital exclusion e.g. confidence, access, motivation, wellbeing.
