Content and Digital PR Manager

We’re proud to work with incredible brands including HelloFresh, Ancient & Brave, Transport for Wales, The White Company, and now we’re looking for a Content and Digital PR Manager to lead the creation and execution of innovative organic SEO and content strategies, helping our clients achieve exceptional visibility, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities
* An excellent understanding of the onsite Content and Digital PR landscapes to execute innovative Content and Digital PR strategies
* Build brilliant strategic relationships with journalists.
* Provide content that engages audiences and achieves organic search goals, as well as wider business goals
* Communicating with clients, taking responsibility for maintaining a close relationship with clients and communicating well with key stakeholders.
* Leverages data driven insights to optimise performance
* Project managing multi service accounts and projects.
* Monitoring campaigns to ensure overall service performance of all clients and identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* Experienced: You will have a proven record of maintaining excellent client relationships
* Creative: You will be able to compose creative ways to increase brand awareness and build brilliant relationships with your clients to bring your ideas to life.
* Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a challenging workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.
* Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be able to look for different ways of doing things, going above and beyond for your clients and taking calculated risks where necessary.
* An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience.

Application Process
The application process consists of an initial 30 minute Google Meets interview where we can get to know each other better. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview, and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. During your second stage interview you will be asked a series of technical and competency based questions relating to the role.
