Front of House Supervisor Ideal Profile:
* Confident in leading a team during busy service periods
* Naturally friendly and professional with a guest-first attitude
* Experience working in quality restaurant or hotel environments
* Comfortable with training and mentoring junior team members
* Able to handle bookings, customer enquiries, and complaints calmly
* Keen eye for detail and consistency in service delivery
Front of House Supervisor Responsibilities:
* Support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of daily service
* Lead shifts and ensure the team deliver high standards of guest service
* Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience
* Handle opening and closing procedures as required
* Train and motivate junior team members
* Assist with bookings, guest feedback and resolving any issues on the floor
