* Drive standards, develop and motivate your kitchen staff; lead by example and inspire success.
* Manage smooth service sessions, maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.
* Implement effective kitchen controls for good gross profit, efficient ordering, stock control, and compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety standards.
* Join the management team and the broader Chef community within Barons, participating in training workshops and meetings.
* Ensure every customer has a great experience, working closely with the front of house team to meet expectations.
