We are looking for a talented bartender to join our team at Square Grill Restaurant Piano Bar in Bath, UK. This role offers a competitive salary of £13-£15 per hour.
Square Grill Restaurant Piano Bar is a contemporary brasserie dining establishment located in the historic city of Bath, specialising in high-quality grilled dishes with a modern twist. The restaurant provides a vibrant and stylish atmosphere, combining relaxed dining with exceptional food, service, and live piano performances in the evenings.
We are open for breakfast, coffee, lunch, and afternoon drinks. Our terrace by Abbey Square and lounge area are perfect for relaxing with drinks and nibbles. In the evenings, we serve signature dishes made from the best local produce, accompanied by live music from our resident pianist and DJ, with cocktails flowing.
The restaurant features Venetian walls, leather-upholstered banquettes, and marble-style tables.
Our ideal candidate:

Main Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the bar supervisor on duty
* Ensure the bar is stocked and prepared before service
* Serve customers at the bar, making them feel welcome
* Serve drinks accurately and promptly
* Complete daily bar responsibilities as per the weekly checklist
* Perform all compliance checks timely
* Assist with additional tasks as requested by management
* Close the bar to standard at the end of shift
