Location: Campsfield House IRC, Kidlington, OX5 1RE
Pay rate: £15.20/hour
Working pattern: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days over 7, mainly Mon – Fri but will include some weekend cover
Shift times: Between 08:45 and 20:00
Join Aramark UK at Campsfield House IRC and lead a small retail team in a unique, secure environment. You’ll manage shop operations, oversee the post office counter, and support your manager in delivering excellent service to our customers.

What you’ll do:
* Run the shop during shifts, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
* Lead and support retail assistants.
* Handle cash, place orders, and manage stock.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store.
* Enforce hygiene standards and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Fire regulations.
* Control costs including shrinkage and waste.
* Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and General Manager to support broader site operations.
What you’ll bring:
* 1+ year supervisory/retail experience.
* Effective communication & basic IT skills
* UK resident for 5+ years (DBS & vetting required)
