Senior Insurance Account Handler
Barker Munro Recruitment is currently working with one of the largest insurance brokers in the world, seeking to add to their Commercial Broker team based in their Kent office, with an insurance account handler role.
This position is suitable for candidates with some account handling or insurance broking experience, preferably in commercial lines handling premiums from £20,000 to £100,000, and those looking to expand their commercial insurance market exposure.
Alternatively, the client will consider candidates with a strong work ethic who have worked in the insurance industry in a different role and are seeking a career in insurance.
The role involves supporting executives by issuing client documentation, chasing outstanding information, responding to client queries, preparing for renewals, handling mid-term adjustments, and managing smaller client registrations.
You will focus on providing quality service to clients and need to be organized with excellent attention to detail.

Requirements:
* Experience in insurance broking
* Proven customer service skills in a B2B environment (preferred)
* Organized with the ability to prioritize workloads
* Knowledge of FCA regulations and basic insurance principles (beneficial but not essential)
