If so, we have an ideal opportunity for you as an Assistant Systems Officer (ASO) within the GMMH Systems Team.
As an ASO, you will be the first point of contact for users of our systems.
We can provide you with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the systems used within the Trust from a System Administrator perspective, including opportunities for undertaking system administration, configuration, User Acceptance Testing, end-user support, and supporting ongoing IM&T projects.
The team is currently involved in projects such as transferring services from other health providers and implementing linked systems. This position offers the chance to gain valuable insight and experience in managing complex IM&T transformation projects.
Effective time management is crucial to handle multiple demands efficiently.
You do not need prior experience with our current systems, as full training will be provided during induction, though previous experience with electronic systems is beneficial.
As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining Business System Administration for live systems;
2. Producing routine operational guidance and support for system users;
3. Assisting with projects related to system support and development;
4. Contributing to system development and realizing benefits.
You will also support training sessions across the organization and assist with system-related queries.
Members of the Systems Team should be prepared to act as change agents and champions of the system, encouraging and supporting staff in electronic recording.
