Responsibilities

* Ability to engage with customers and deliver a positive experience.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain energy in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnight Premium Shift where applicable.


Benefits and Pay

Benefits package includes: Holiday pay, Service Awards, Meal allowance, Employee discounts from top high-street and online brands, and more. All team members earn above the national minimum wage. A range of benefits is available, including holiday and sick pay and employee discounts at over 1,600 retailers. Premium Shift pay may apply for overnight hours (midnight to 5am in some locations).


Interview and Scheduling

If you are unable to make any of the interview slots offered, you can contact Olivia, our virtual assistant, to rearrange a suitable date. The interview process typically involves questions around values, attitudes, teamwork, and fit for a customer and colleague experience. It helps us understand you beyond qualifications.


Eligibility to Work

Before we can employ you, we are required to verify your eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland. Acceptable documents to evidence your right to work can be found here. You’ll need to provide original documents such as a valid passport or a valid UK/Ireland visa (with a college letter listing term dates, where applicable). Only original documents will be accepted.
