Electrical Supervisor - Facilities

We are recruiting an Electrical Supervisor for a leading Facilities Management provider, based on a static site in Glasgow.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for supervising electrical engineers on site, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting on-site electrical engineers
*
Overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance activities
*
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and H&S standards
*
Acting as the technical point of contact for electrical works
*
Managing permits, RAMS, and site documentation
*
Liaising with the client and wider FM teams
Requirements:
*
Strong background in commercial electrical maintenance
*
Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer role
*
Facilities Management experience preferred
*
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ / City & Guilds)
*
18th Edition qualification
*
Good communication and organisational skills
