Key responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting processes. Ensure statutory compliance, financial controls and payroll oversight. Support senior leadership with commercial analysis and strategic planning. Drive process improvements and investigate financial variances. Manage and develop the finance team while ensuring high performance standards.
